Shipping policy

Processing Time:

• All our products are made to order using Printify's printing and fulfillment services.
• Processing time varies depending on the product type and current order volume.
• Typically, please allow 2-7 business days for processing before your order ships.

Note: Processing/Production times are different than Shipping times.

Print On Demand items  Once you place your order it gets sent to production. The production time for an order depends on various factors, including the time of year, product availability, and order size. In general, most orders are shipped within 2-7 business days after the order is submitted.

 

Shipping Methods:

• We offer several shipping options through Printify's partner carriers, including standard, expedited.
• Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and the selected shipping method. 
• Please see options when ordering. 

NOTE: We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays. 

Shipping Requirements for smooth delivery: 

All shipping addresses: The following shipping address requirements are applicable to all destinations:

• The shipping address must be exclusively in Latin characters.
• Printify does not provide address validation services. Therefore, it is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address.

Requirements for home delivery: For a successful home delivery, the following should be provided:

• Recipient’s name (matching the name on the apartment building)
• Street address and house number
• Apartment number (if applicable)
• Floor number (optional)
• Zip code
• Country

If the recipient doesn’t provide the listed information, the carrier might be unable to identify the recipient’s apartment. As a result, the shipment will be returned without any further delivery attempts by the carrier.

Note: At this time we do not ship to PO Boxes domestic or International. 

We do not ship internationally.
